Mosman Cricket Club had an amazing season this year with First Grade winning the premiership for the first time in 87 years, but not only that Second Grade also won the premiership. Wow now that needs to be celebrated! Which they did on numberous occasions....
The formal celebration of the year was the presentation night awarding all those that contributed to the year. I was asked to capture the evening and enjoyed the atmosphere as well. The club feels like family which I think you can see from these photos.
Congratulations to the whole club players, coaches, officials and families that support them all.

Oh the pleasure of being able to celebrate with family and friends again after lockdowns and nervousness. It was such a delight to be invited to capture Juliet's memories of her 60th Birthday Party at Urban Tadka in Terrey Hills. She's decided on the location for the party a very long time ago, and it was set to be a much larger celebration with family flying in from Malaysia and a Bollywood theme. However, the pandemic got in the way, she the party was more intimate, but no less fun, and she even sent around a video of a Bollywood dance and asked the guests to learn it... which they did and had fun dancing to it after dinner!
A lovely evening filled with laughter and great food! Thank you for inviting me Juliet.

What a fun night to photograph. Louise's partner Bob contacted me to photograph the big surprise party he had organised for her 50th Birthday celebration, I was excited because surprise parties are the best to photograph!
She was definitely surprised on arrival at The Palais at Luna Park Sydney, there was close to 100 guests who had travelled from all over to be there. She's a very lucky lady to have such loving family and friends, and they sure know how to party! All helped along by their Croatian band Sto Na Sat who were fabulous.

Little Olivia's Christening was held at St Peter's Cremorne, a lovely family feeling church. I've been lucky enough to photograph a number of family occasions for Olivia's family, its always a pleasure to work tith families and see how they change and grow. This family has expanded by a few little ones since the last occasion and the older children have grown quite a lot.
It was such a lovely day capturing this families celebration back at the family home, and getting to catch up with these lovely people!

So last weekend I was invited to photograph an elopement or secret wedding. The only people that knew about the event were the immediate family and a couple of close friends who had been invited along to Rathborne Lodge, Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney.
I was first contact by the sister of the bride whose wedding we photographed a number of years ago, it was one of the most fun weddings we ever worked on so I was very happy to be invited along to another family function. Then Kimberley called and explained their plans for a small private wedding.
It was a beautiful day, and lovely setting with Rathborne Lodge offering the perfect set up for a event of this size. And as expected I had lots of fun capturing the event for them, and as you can see they couldn't have been happier with their special day.
Thank you Kimberley & Andrew for asking me to photograph your secret wedding!

There is something special about the job we do, and that is we get to capture lifes important moments for families. For this family we first met them when they were in the bridal party of a friends wedding, since then we've photographed their wedding, family portraits and christenings for their children. Its always lovely to arrive at an event and know many of the faces and feel involved in the celebrations. Thank you Rachel and Prentice for allowing us to be a part of your extended family it's a real priviledge.
Here are the photos from their youngest Leo's christening day last weekend, a beautiful (if a little cold) winters day in Sydney. The ceremony was held at St Anthonys Catholic Church in Marsfield. We worked unobstrusively through the ceremony abidinb by the priests wishes, and capture the details for their memories.

We photographed Julieanne's 1st birthday party 6 years ago and were delighted when her parents contacted us to capture her 7th birthday party. A unicorn my pony party held at a property in Galston Gorge. All the children enjoyed the fabulous spread of food and goodies, then they had a ball riding the ponies.
Thank you for inviting me, and I look forward to seeing you again at the beach this year for Aussie Santa photos as always Jasper & Glen!

Western Earth Moving really know how to look after their employees they call their extended family. Saturday night they spent the evening cruising the harbour.... it was such a fabulous evening for it. The cruise started at King Street Wharf on the Star Ship Aqua, then enjoyed cruising around the harbour to Farm Cove, and up to Rose Bay before floating back under the bridge.
I really enjoyed being able to capture the event for them, and thoroughly enjoyed the time I got to spend sitting out on the deck watching our stunning city float by so I'm sure all the guests did too.
Here are some of the photos to remember the night by.....

We love what we do here are J Roberts Photography documenting the lives of our clients and their families, this does also sometime extended to the lives fo their friends and family. I was delighted to be asked to photography Annalise's Christening Day, not only have we captured the memories of her brother Joshua's Christening but there was also another 3 children at the ceremony whose baptisms we've photographed!
Another beautiful day filled with family and friends all so excited for baby Annalise. Luckily this time I was at the church for the ceremony, then we followed on to a beautiful lunch at Oatlands House.

The CSR Value Champions dinner is a wonderful event we get to photograph each year. In 2016 is was held at The Tea Room, Gunners' Barracks Mosman a stunning location overlooking Sydney Harbour with fabulous food. The theme this year was red and they did a lovely job theming the room while in keeping with its style.
The Value Champions dinner is about rewards CSR employees who go above and beyond in their jobs and they are voted on by their peers. The winners come to Sydney with their partners and spend the day doing fun activities and getting pampered before their awards night. We always comemorate the event with a couple photograph at the location of the dinner which they keep as a souvenir.

Zara Turns One…. isn’t she adorable! She just like a doll, and such a smiley happy little girl with all her loving family around her. And what a stunning theming her very clever Mummy created for her first birthday party at Otto Ristorante in Wooloomooloo. The spring florals by @seedflora in a range of pinks and soft pastels looked amazing and also smelled fabulous, plus all the other lovely details.
Thanks Yasmina for inviting me to capture your memories of such a special event!

Duke's first birthday party was themed beautifully by his clever Mummy in a woodlands theme, which worked perfectly with the background of The Camperdown Commons. Duke's little Peter Rabbit outfit, plus the woodland critters were very cute. They also hired some soft play euipqment and ball pit which were set up in the courtyard and all the toddlers enjoyed playing in there.
Duke is a very lucky boys, first of the next generation for both sides of the family he is doted on my aunts, grand parents and great grandparents, which created a loving atmosphere for the party. Plus as you can see he REALLY enjoyed eating his birthday cake, love the facial expressions and the tongue!
Thanks for inviting me to capture your memories of this lovely birthday party Kristyl & Ben :-)

We've been photographing this families celebrations for a number of years now, they are always lots of fun with a lovely warm feeling, which I think says a lot about the hosts. Happy 60th Birthday Graham it was a pleasure to be involved in such a celebration.
It was a glorious afternoon for lunch at Aqua Dining, Milsons Point, everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, catching up and eating delicious food with an amazing view. Guests were entertained by Tony Magic Show as Tony moved around the room with his card and magic tricks, plus a birthday floor show for all the guest. This was followed by some great heart felt speeches.
A fabulous afternoon!

Beautiful day last weekend for Charbel’s 1st Birthday party, beautifully themed by his talented Mummy @laurahazzouri who clearly has a designers eye with the amazing set up and colour palate for his wild theme.
I've been photographing this extended families celebrations for the last 6 years, they are always spectacular but the best thing about them is the love and warmth the whole family shows towards each other and everyone else. Its a pleasure to watch and capture. Thank you Hazzouri's!

I was very priviledged last weekend to be invited to capture this families second christening day. They are such a beautiful family both outside and inside and I really enjoyed photographing their elder daughters christening day a couple of years ago, so I was really looking forward to Simon James' day.
As you can see we have photos at their house getting Simon dressed by his god parents, then family photos before heading to Saint Charbel's Church in Punchbowl for the christening ceremony. I then left the family to a lovely seafood lunch by the river at Aquarius Restaurant, George's Hall.
Thank you for inviting me along to be part of Simon James' day Amanda and Serge, as always a beautiful day celebrating.

This family do parties so well, even when they are just having a small party for their youngest 3rd birthday it's still fabulous!
They requested a quick family portrait sessions just before the party started to update their photos of their three beautiful girls, it's a great opportunity as they kids grow so quickly at this age, ask us about it when you book in for your next party photography booking.
Then the Madagascar themed party began with fabulous animal face painting, pass the parcel, musical statues and a fabulous cake :-)

Annaleise's Christening Day
I've photographed many events for this extended family over the last few years and just love seeing this large family all together.
We started photographing Annaleise's christening day with some family portraits at the family home before heading off to Our Lady of Lebanon in Harris Park for the ceremony. It was a very hot afternoon and little Annaleise's fell asleep during the ceremony and didn't even wake up with the water was being poured over her head! She is just adorable and loved being handed around to all the family, and she's so photogenic I couldn't get enough of her.
After the ceremony the celebrations continued in Woolwich at Cucinetta's with a wonderful atmosphere and view across the harbour.
Thank you for inviting me again to capture this special time for your family guys x

Carolyn and Brett wanted to celebrate their 10 year wedding anniversary with a ceremony renewing their vows and a fabuous party..... so that's exactly that they did!
The idea came about as their daughters were watching their wedding video and asked why that hadn't been at the wedding.... and were very disappointed not to be involved. So the 10 year anniversary plan came together including the children in the bridal party what lucky kids!
So here are the memories of a lovely afternoon at Penrith Baptist Church and a local park. Thanks for including us in your day guys :-)

Sue's 50th Birthday party was supposed to be a garden party held on the Eucalypt Lawn at the Royal Botanic Gardens, a fabulous location with views of the Opera House and Harbour but unfortunately the weather was very wet in the lead up to the day and on the morning so the decision was to go with Plan B which was the Frisco Hotel in Wooloomooloo..... and what a great back up plan it was. Our on the verandah with the afternoon sun was a great location for all the guests.
Sue wanted to have all the important women in her life together for the afternoon, and her birthday wish was for a group photo with everyone.... so that's where I came in!
The atmosphere was very fun, with everyone chatting and catching up. The speeches were great too, then we headed down the road to the park for the big group photo and lots of little groups of people so that Sue can remember all the lovely people that were there. And I'm sure once I left the party went into full swing as the husbands and partners turned up to party the night away!

Doug's 90th Birthday was such a lovely celebration, as it should be at that age, held with his family and old friends around. With his children, grand children, great grand children, cousins and old friends all involved it was a lovely afternoon.
The speeches also included celebrations for the recent birthdays of one of his grandsons 18th birthday and one of his great grand daughters 3rd birthday..... lots of milestones!
Thanks for inviting me to capture the lovely memories, and the warmth of the gathering x

So here are some highlights of a fabulous Bar Mitzvah celebration for Josh last weekend. The atmosphere was filled with fun, love and excitement, a joy to photograph ..... Mazel Tov Josh!
This was the first Bar Mitzvah celebration that I've photographed, they are so much fun, all the dancing and exciting for this proud family and young man it's lovely. The theming was superbly put together by Josh's Mum and the team at Funky Functions, such a lovely colour palette to work with, and the setting at Monash Country Club was pretty spectacular.

What a beautiful afternoon this was with all of Jenny & Charles' close family and friends there to celebrate this milestone with them. People tend to surround themselves with like minded people and the whole group were the most lovely, generous, fun loving people I really enjoyed attending and felt priviledge to photograph this group.
The luncheon was held at The Kirribilli Club's Water Terrace on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon and the guests enjoyed sitting outside, and the fabulous food. The desserts were organised by Jenny's close group of friends and they not only looked spectacular but they tasted delicious too!
Congratulations Jenny & Charles and thanks for including me in your day.

This is an 11 year old boys DREAM birthday party, I mean who would want a Jurassic World themed party complete with life size dinosaurs peering at you from every vantage point, blow up dinosaurs in the pool, a water slide, fabulous themed lolly bar and food.
The day started with showers and overcast which went perfectly with the theme of Jurassic World in the jungle and didn't deter the kids who went straight into the pool and had a ball. Then fabulous food and onto the home cinema for a viewing of Jurassic World the movie before cake and back to the pool as the sun had come out.
The whole event was amazingly themed by Zev's gorgeous Mum and the team at www.CateringByDesign.com.au Karin is great and the food was fabulous.
On request from the client, for privacy reasons, I can't show photos with any of the kids but thought you'd like to see the fab theming!

Nanette's 80th Birthday celebrations last weekend at The Sebel Hawkesbury in Windsor was a lovely afternoon, filled with her family and friends. Everyone was relaxed thanks to some lovely baby sitters who looked after the little ones, and such a loving atmosphere.
Nanette's advice to all about enjoying a long life is to keep both your body and mind active with crosswords, bridge and different sports.

What a fabulous party for Roger's 50th Birthday party, his wife Karen had done an amazing job theming the party James Bond Casino Royale and all the guests got into the swing of the theme getting dressed up and enjoying the night.
As you can see there was a red carpet entry with Casino Royale signage, martinis on arrival, casino theming and backdrops around the room and after speeches the casino itself started up.
A great night all around, thanks for asking me to capture your memories for you Karen and Roger!

We were lucky enough to photograph Madison's parents wedding a couple of years ago, so when Rachel and Prentice contacted me and asked me to photograph their little girls baptism I was honoured to say yes. We were actually leaving on a family holiday that day, but with a little bit of flexibility we managed to fit photographing the Christening in first..... I wouldn't have missed it!

We love being involved in a surprise.....
Prad's 50th birthday party was a complete surprise for him, all the guests arrived at 6pm and waited for Prad to arrive, he was bought to this fabulous Indian Restaurant, Urban Tadka in Terrey Hills but his father, brother and nephew but had no idea that all his friends would be there to join him. As you can see from the photos it took him a while to take it all in, especially one of his very old friend who had travelled from Hong Kong for the party.
The night included lots of great speeches, a beautiful indian buffet, lots of fun and ended with great dancing.....
Happy Birthday Prad!

Nicholas' Mum is a very old friend of mine, so I was honoured when she asked me to photograph his Christening & 1st Birthday Party!
The celebration was being held at the family home, so we arranged for me to arrive early to get a few family portraits before the guests started arriving, always a good idea. Nicholas is the smiliest 1 year old I know so he was easy, his big brother on the other hand was not so keen on the camera.... but very cheeky! And as you can see they are both besotted with their Grandma.
Then the party began with lots of family and friends around to help celebrate, and a lovely naming ceremony carried out by one of our favourite celebrants Elaine Searle, held on the deck with the lovely afternoon sun in the background.
A beautiful day, thanks for inviting me to "Capture Your Memories" guys x

Steph & Garth's engagement party was last Saturday night at the Pump House at Darling Harbour, it's quite a funky little venue and the space they had on the enclosed verandah was perfect for the occasion.
Steph originally booked me to photograph the party a couple of months ago, it was actually their engagement party and Steph's 30th Birthday, a great excuse to party! She then decided she wanted some engagement portraits taken too, so I was very lucky to meet them both the weekend before, which was lovely as I got to know them both a little before the party. It also meant I knew the background to the seal and bear figurines on display as these were used as props in Garth's creative proposal.....
A lovely evening guys, thanks for inviting me to "Capture Your Memories" for you!

What a night, such fun, love and laughter in one room for Georgia's 21st birthday celebrations. The atmosphere at The Exchange Hotel, Balmain so perfect, with all the beautiful touchs made by Georgia and her family it really was very special.
I met Georgia and her family last year when I photographed her Mum Tracy's 50th birthday party, they really are a lovely family which is expressed by all their friends. I so enjoyed my evening seeing all these lovely people again, and also getting to photograph this beautiful crowd....

I was approached a while ago by a long time client to see if I would be interested in sponsoring the inaugural Friends of Tresillian Tea Party. I jumped at the opportunity as I think it's such a fabulous organisation and was interested that up until now they have had no outside fundraising. Many of my friends and clients have used the Tresillian network either in residence or on the phone in the middle of the night so I know what a support they are.
The Tea Party was a fabulous affair with Wedgewood as a sponsor it was very elegant, and the grounds of the Tresillian house in Wollstonecraft are lovely for a garden party. The only down side to the beautiful sunshine we received on the day was that is was 39 degrees and we were all melting. As you can see the event was supported but a range of people from mothers of young babies who have recently used Tresillian services, to grandmothers, mothers of older children and nurses.
The party was to start awareness of a new group that Sue Robson is looking to set up called Friends of Tresillian to arrange a couple of similar events a year to provide fundraising for Tresillian. If you would like to know more about the organising and the fundraising please just drop me a note on our "Contact Us" page and I'll put you in touch with Sue to talk further.

Unfortunately due to some miscommunication between the church and Joshua's parents when I arrived at Kellyville Anglican church to photograph Joshua's chistening the ceremony had already taken place. Even though I arrived earlier than advised :-(
Anyway we managed to have some fun with Joshua, who is such a lovely smiling little man, while the sermon was taking place, and then have some photos with the minister and god parents around the font. Plus we captured all the well wishers over morning tea at the church.
Following the morning tea the guests travelled to Curzon Hall for a fabulous lunch to celebrate Joshua. As you can see he loved being the centre of attention and is a very happily little boy.....

Last weekend there was a very special celebration at our childrens preschool. The director of the preschool known by all as "Janie Pops" is retiring for a sea change, she has been at the KU Killarney Heights preschool for 12 years. However, she has worked for KU for much longer than that, having been a student teacher at KU Mosman when I was there are a little girl myself!
Janie Pops is part of the framework of the Killarney Heights community, which is very close knit, so as you can see there was a huge number of families who came to wish her well. One her request it was an afternoon tea with chicken sandwiches and champagne, some beautiful speeches, a special visit from our local clown "Sparkles" aka Tony, and lots of fun for all.
I arrived late just after the speeches had started, as I was coming from photographing a Christening that morning, and was a little emcumbered with a sick child so couldn't move around at will like I usually would. However, the below show the afternoon with the large crowd and atmosphere as a memory for Janie Pops of a special farewell :-)

Tracy's ladies lunch at the UTS Haberfield Rowers was a fantastic celebration for her 50th Birthday. A stunning day on the harbour, and by all account a wonderful generous lady with many many friends.
Happy Birthday Tracy!

I spend Father's Day capturing the joy of little Matthew's baptism at St Peter's Anglican Church Cremorne. It was a beautiful day with Matthew's family and friends celebrating this great occasion.
The christening took place at the baptisimal font at the side of the church, a very intimate location where everyone felt they were part of the occasion. Then following the ceremony everyone went back to the family home in Cremorne for an very relaxed fun afternoon. Matthew particularly enjoyed being handed around all the guests, such a smiley, happy, content little boy you would never guess he is only 4 months old!

We were thrilled when we were contacted by Johann's family to photograph his 21st Birthday Party, after having captured his 18th Birthday Party three years ago (gee time flies!).
The party was held at Luna Park in the Sonar Room, and Justin met the party in the room after they had all been out on the rides for an hour and ready to settle with a few drinks, speeches and fun. As you can see the party also included a touch of Hawaiian! Then the dancing began and I'm sure they enjoyed themselves into the night.....

Baby Angelina & Tristan are very lucky cousins they have a very loving extended family, and as their parents were sisters marrying brothers they have the same extended family! Which makes for a great opportunity to share a christening and celebration...
Their christening was held at Our Lady of Lebanon in Harris Park, with one of their aunts as Godmother and their parents exchanging the duties for each child..... I tell you the priest got a little confused between parents and godparents! Then there was a celebratory lunch at Concerto Restaurant in Homebush Bay, where the adults were entertained with a fabulous banquet, and the kids with a tumble town, and fairy facepainting and games.
As you can see it was a beautiful day, and such a loving, fun family to be a part of x

Anne & Danny had a double celebration 70th + 80th = 150th birthday party!
What a lovely warm couple with all their family and friends around to help them celebrate. As Anne said to me during the afternoon, at Chatswood Golf Club, she was looking around the room at "her life", all her family and friends who she'd love throughout her life all in one place together and it felt very special.
We have been lucky enough to have capture 2 weddings for this family, so we were so pleased to be invited by one of their grand daughter to capture their memories of this special occasion as her present to them as they already have everything they would want..... and I'm sure the photos will be treasured by all!

Kosta & Dimitri's family held a combined baptism ceremony at the Greek Orthodox Church in Crows Nest before heading to Manly Leagues Club for a great party to celebrate.
The ceremony in the beautiful church was lovely, Kosta being a little bit older was not so happy about being dunked into the cool water but his little brother Dimitri took it all in his stride as he watched the proceedings with his big brown eyes.
The party at Manly Leagues club included lots of yummy food, a jumping castle and of course plenty of greek dancing!

Alicia is a very lucky girl with lots of loving family and friends around to help her celebrate her baptism day.
The baptism ceremony was held at St Michael's Baulkham Hills, a very relaxed occasion with a number of babies being christened together. All the family and friends in attendance were so loving and supportive it was beautiful. Then everyone headed back to a family home for lots of fun, and a feast to celebrate... there was even a karaoke machine so I'm sure the party went on well after I left.
Thank you for inviting me to capture this special event in Alicia's life.

Michael's 21st Masquerade Party @ Goldfish Kings Cross
A fabulous fun party as mask parties always are, Michael, his friends and family enjoyed the celebrations at one of the best night clubs in Kings Cross, Goldfish. All the masks were very effective, and great to photograph, plus allowed the wearer to have a little fun with the camera.
Justin had a great time as always photographing this 21st birthday party for everyone to remember the fabulous memories.

Clare & John initially contacted us to photograph their wedding party, they had a registry office marriage on the Friday and had a cocktail party to celebrate with family and friends on the Saturday night. Then after booking Clare "Liked" our Facebook Page and as she saw lots of wedding photography and couple portraits going through the page she realised that she really wanted some photos of them as a couple too.
So before the party we met Clare & John at Blues Point Reserve for some portraits of them as a couple, with Clare in a fabulous red dress which stood out brilliantly against the grey skies. Then we had family and group photos at Clarke Park opposite the party venue at The Kirribilli Club, before the party really began. As you can see if was a great celebration of their marriage with a fabulous party!

Isn't Gabi just the luckiest little girl, her Mum put in lots of effort to give her the dream 3 year old birthday party.... a Fairy Princess Party!
On arrival the table was set with a huge array of pink cakes and lollies, plus princess dolls and ornaments. Then Fairy Star, from http://www.fairycrystal.com.au, arrived to entertain all the children with magic spells & pixie dust, dancing, pass the parcel, drawing, limbo and face painting. Which of course all the children at the party just loved.... and the adults.
Then the lucky birthday princess enjoyed blowing out the candles on her special pink princess birthday cake....
Thanks for letting me capture your memories, with party photography, of a fun birthday party Gabi!

A fabulous 40th birthday party at The Ivy Penthouse Sydney.....
We've been lucky enough to photograph a number of parties for this family, usually themed children's parties, but this time it was a fabulous 40th birthday party held at The Ivy nightclub in Sydney. Lots of glamorous guests and friends partying the night away.... it looks like lots of fun. The Penthouse is actually an apartment so includes living spaces, plus a spa bath and DJ to dance too! Plus a large screen TV where a DVD was presented and speeches before the birthday cake.... a specially designed cake of Penfold's Shiraz, the birthday boys vintage of course!
A brilliant night with lots of great photos to remember the festivities!

What an amazing 1st Birthday Party this was for the dear little Julieanne Ysabella. Held in the War Memorial Hall in Hornsby, the hall was decked out with a Mad Hatter's Tea Party for the children to have their fun and laughter, this had been excellently set up and themed by the talented 'www.missteaparty.com' girls.
There were great party games for the children to enjoy, including pass-the-parcel, egg-and-spoon race, face painting, parachute fun, bubble blowing and plenty of laughs to be had in the dressing up in all the crazy hats. The guests were treated to an extravagant pig roast and sumptuous lunch, as the children enjoyed the attentions and entertainment of Alice and The Queen of Hearts, who were attending to their needs. I fully enjoyed my time at the party and capturing these happy moments for the family to treasure. The Lolly Bar was one of the many highlights of the day (as you can see from the photos below) and there was plenty of revisits to this tremendous dessert! After the guests had been entertained by Alice and The Queen of Hearts, and had fed themselves on the tremendous food on offer, it was soon time to wish the birthday girl many happy returns and join the gathering for the cutting of the cake.
Julieanne's cake was exquisite and wonderfully in-keeping with the theme of the day, being a crazy hat design. After such a celebration, the birthday girl was so exhuasted that she was soon fast asleep and dreaming of the wonderful world of 'Wonderland'. A wonderful celebration and a party which will never be forgotten.
Many Happy Returns Julieanne - I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this special day.

Lucky little Eve has a very creative Mum who designed and presented this Farm Themed 1st Birthday Party for her. The table was set with pumpkins, corn husks, wooden baskets, sweet treats, crunchy apples, a strawberry patch, chick feed (chips), hot food and lots of cakes and sweets. Then the garden was filled with hay bails and nursery animals from KindiFarm.
All the children had a fabulous morning petting the animals, cuddling them, feeding the bigger ones and even giving bottles of milk to the lambs and calves, which I'm sure they'll talk about for a while. Then they all got to share in the yummy 1st Birthday Cake set with all the different animal and made by Eve's Mum.
A gorgeous 1st Birthday party with lots and lots of photos to capture the memories.....

Dani Wilis celebrated her 21st Birthday Party in great style at Woollahra Sailing Club in Rose Bay. Family and friends turned out in wonderful style to enjoy this momentous occasion. The evening included great food, great dancing, some entertaining drinking games and a great deal of laughs! It was fair to say that all who were lucky enough to be present had a fantastic time and a night to remember.

Ankita's 1st Birthday Party was a very colourful, happy and enjoyable occasion, held at Parra Villa Function Lounge, Parramatta. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a fairy doing facepainting and games for the kids, an entrance overflowing with flying bubbles and plenty of music, dancing and happy faces. Ankita's family and friends were sharing in the joys of her 1st Birthday by having some fabulous food, games, music, discussions, cake and a sharing in a great slideshow presentation.
What a great celebration captured in photographs for everyone to remember. Well done Ankita and her parents!

Thought we'd quickly share with you some of the theming for our daughter's 2nd birthday party..... Her favourite book is the Gruffalo, plus the DVD so we themed it as "Tea with a Gruffalo"
"What's a gruffalo, why didn't you know?"
"His eyes are orange; his tongue is black; he has purple prickles all over his back....."

What a great 1st Birthday Party this was for Alina! Held on sprawling grounds of a farm in Llandilo, Karina organised a grand celebration for Alina and her family and friends.
Sunshine, guests, pony rides, bubble machines, ball pits, music, BBQ, loads of delicious food, and a dog in a waistcoat! This was a recipe for fun!
The party kicked off with music, BBQ and plenty of freedom to play and chat for all, in temperatures reaching 30 degrees. Lunch was soon served and everyone was keen to get a taste of the delicious spread provided. The Birthday girl was keen to get in on the action and was seen to be leading the charge on playing in the ball pit. Then the resident pony was brought out and the children waited anxiously for their turn to ride around the paddock.
A rendition of "Happy Birthday" was followed by the cake cutting - and what a tremendous cake! Then the kids' turn to 'Smash the Cake' (another cake!) Always a great way for the kids to 'have their cake and eat it' in the only way toddlers know how - using hands, feet, heads and anything else they need to eat it!
What an exhausting afternoon - some are keen for a quick nap before coming back to the party later!

What a magical day for this little princess. Her 3rd birthday party was a princess themed party and her Mum (who is very talented clearly) went to great lengths to ensure it was the perfect day. I just loved it, all the pink, fairy wings, princess crowns, castle cake, fair dust, face painting, drawing and dancing.
You'll see the only way to do justice to this party in photography was to capture the detail.....

Shivani contacted us with great excitement about the fabulous 23rd birthday party she was putting together on a Sydney Harbour Cruise. She wanted all the evening's atmostphere captured in photographs. All her friends gathered at Star City Casino Wharf, where the harbour cruise was to begin. Justin met the crowd there.
The cruise started well, with all the party guests enjoying the atmosphere on the boat as it left Star City and travelled under the Anzac Bridge towards the Sydney Fish Markets. Unfortunately for Shivani, the cruise company was pulled over by the water police and the boat travelled no further. Justin of course kept the photographs going and the guests enjoyed partying on until they disembarked and walked back to the casino.
As you can see from the photos, everyone had fun and Justin even created some entertainment through his photography .....

Oh to be 18 again!! Johann celebrated his 18th birthday party at Waverton Bowling Club with many of his good friends and family. Dancing was of the highest quality during the party, as were many of the outfits! The evening was a feast of beautiful people, delicious food, wonderful speeches, a humurous slideshow with great laughter and stories to share. A few party guests even managed a drink or two...!!
Justin, once again, had a great time during the evening at this 18th birthday party, sharing in the celebrations and capturing some fabulous moments, with his photography, as the night grew into a feverish pace! All the guests, as you can see, had a wonderful time and Justin was able to secure some wonderfully candid shots during the party, from the birthday boy's grandmothers and aunts, to his school friends.

One of the best parts about your work is the wonderful couples, families and children we get to photograph. We truely enjoy people and just love being able to capture beautiful expressions on camera.
I've just finished updating our testimonials page with the feedback we've received over the past couple of months, and it's lovely to be able to hear back from our clients that our enjoyment is mirrored by them and in our photography.

Jamie's 21st birthday party is certainly one that will be remembered as great fun by all, if these photos are anything to go by! Justin had a lot of fun capturing the night and as usual fitted into the crowd - so much so that the client said many people thought he was a family friend....
The party was held at Hilton Sydney and was themed with purple and orange which looks stunning in the photographs. All the guests were dressed to impress in black tie for a great night out. The evening held speeches, slideshows, a pipe band and highland dancers in acknowledgement of Jamie's heritage, and lots of dancing on the dance floor. Please enjoy looking back on the night through these photos......

We were invited to capture some fabulous memories of John's 60th celebrations, at Cucinetta Ristorante, by his 4 gorgeous daughters. They had planned a beautiful lunch overlooking the harbour and it was a stunning day, if a little hot and humid. Justin was the photographer on the day and he really enjoyed mingling with the very friend crowd.
As you can see from the photos everyone had a great time and now they have great memories of the party to look back on through these party photographs.....

The guest of honour at this 40th Birthday Party was an ex-NSW cricketer, so the guest list included some famous cricketing faces. You'll see the captains of both the English and Irish cricket teams: Andrew Strauss fresh from winning The Ashes series for England on the previous day! You'll also see that it didn't stop some of the guests giving him some helpful advise....
The atmosphere was casual summer, with all the crowd having a great night. The speeches were fun, the cake flaming and everyone enjoyed themselves, as you can see....

Wazza'a 30th was a big party and he wanted some great photos to capture the memories. He was so lovely in the lead up and really excited, both Justin and I got excited along with him. He had arranged for 30 of his friends to join him at Strike Bowl @ King St Wharf for a night of bowling and karaoke... with karaoke as the focus which you'll see below.
There was lots of fun had by all, and some great party photographs to remember the evening....
