So every year I say how much we appreciate all the lovely feedback we get from our Aussie Santa clients. The fact that people take the time to write to use to say thank you, especially in the lead up to Christmas always blows me away. And to be honest the feedback and the joy we see from families during their Santa experience is part of the reason we keep doing it year after year, and enjoy it so much!
Now each year I say we’ll have to share the customer feedback with you, and it’s always so hectic that I just don’t get around to it. So this year I’m finally doing just that…. so what it’s taken until March
