Sydney Northern Beaches Photography of Extended Family at North Narrabeen Rockpool

This afternoon when I left home is as just starting rain with a storm front coming, but I checked the radar and thought we should be ok for our 40 min session at North Narrabeen Rockpool. The day has been stinking hot and it was the first week of kids back at school, so I hadn’t factored in how many people would be down at the Rockpool cooling off. Even on a busy day you can make the most of the beautiful setting here for photography.

As you can see we did get out window (just) before the storm, we even got some salami waves (that’s was the youngest boy called the big waves as he can’t say Tsunami) – the things out kids have learnt this summer! And we enjoy some family time with grand parents over visiting from the UK for the first time in 2 years.
